As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Kyle

Kyle Bush has been in real estate since 2005, and worked as a commercial insurance broker before. He currently works out of John L. Scott’s Bellevue Main office, where he mostly focuses on transactions in Seattle and on the Eastside, but is knowledgeable in many areas around Puget Sound. He has helped clients buy or sell homes as far north as Snohomish and as far south as Pacific, WA!

Kyle is a certified relocation broker, and has helped clients relocate from all over the world. He also has prior experience in investing, foreclosures and flipping properties. He enjoys meeting people from all over the world, making a stressful process seamless and helping clients either find the home of their dreams or sell their home for more than they had imagined. The opportunities to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients and help clients reach their dreams motivate Kyle on a daily basis as a broker.

Clients choose Kyle for his ability to read the market and his competitive outlook in order to consistently exceed expectations. His vision is to ensure his clients understand the current market and trust that he always has their best interests at heart.

To market properties, Kyle loves using social media, 3D Matterport and drone photography. He uses social media targeting to promote clients’ listings far beyond the Northwest to specific areas of the country that often relocate to Seattle.

When he’s not working, Kyle enjoys traveling the world, paddle boarding, hiking and watching a Washington State University football game! To give back, he donates a portion of each commission to Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Bellevue

Bellevue is the third largest city in the Seattle metro area, and it’s the hub of the Eastside, but it’s close to the Cascade mountains for hiking, mountain biking, and, in the winter, skiing and snowboarding. Locals also take advantage of Lake Washington for boating, kayaking or watching the sun set over Seattle and the Olympics to the west. Bellevue’s thriving downtown offers five-star dining, a world-class art museum, and some of the best shopping in the Northwest. The entrepreneurial spirit of the city and its highly educated work force make it a natural home for tech start-ups as well as global corporations. Our schools are rated among the best in the nation. This means even residents without children enjoy healthy property values. And there is a home here for everyone. Townhouses and condos downtown, luxury waterfront properties on the Lake, and areas with a more neighborhood feel are all available in our robust real estate market.

Reviews

“We will be relocating to the Seattle area in January and were in town for four days to find an area we love. Never did I think we'd find a house, make an offer, and have the offer accepted-but we did! Because of Kyle's expertise of all the Seattle neighborhoods and the Eastside, we were able to narrow down our search to a few key areas. From there, he sent us tailored listings so that we didn't waste our time looking at houses that didn't match our preferences. Once we found the house that we wanted as our future home, he was aggressive but smart with our offer and ultimately secured the house for us. BEST EXPERIENCE!”
